I am proud to be celebrating 11 years as Boston’s premiere newborn photographer. My approach to newborn photography is simple and minimalistic with a focus on your baby as the beautiful artistic subject.
I believe newborns are impossibly perfect just as they are. I use neutral colors, organic textures, natural poses and soft natural light to make baby the focus of the session rather than generic props and accessories, creating portraits to be displayed as luxury artwork in your home.
My studio is located on Newbury Street in Boston’s Back Bay and is a full service luxury commercial portrait studio in a private building stocked with organic blankets, wraps and knit accessories for newborn sessions as well as wardrobe options and for mom and baby.
I also offer in home newborn sessions which are a great option if you prefer the convenience of me coming to you following the birth or would like to include your home and nursery in the photos.
Newborn sessions are scheduled when baby is between one and three weeks old and generally last one to two hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding and soothing if needed.
Custom newborn portraits are a luxury to be treasured for generations. As a low volume boutique studio I accept a limited number of commissions each month with session dates booking three to four months in advance. Once booked, I will tentatively schedule your session for two weeks following your due date with an exact date and time to be finalized after baby arrives.
A $250 session fee secures your date and commissions me as your photographer. This fee includes portrait planning, wardrobe, your studio or in home newborn session and an ordering appointment or private online viewing gallery to view your pictures and choose the products you would like to purchase.
I offer a carefully curated line of heirloom products including albums and fine art framed prints along with the option of purchasing digital files.

The studio will be reopening for newborn sessions with the following precautions in place: removing shoes and washing hands upon arrival, using hand sanitizer throughout the session, wearing a mask myself while shooting, maintaining distance when possible, rescheduling if anyone in your household or mine shows any signs of illness and scheduling a limited number of appointments per week to allow a thorough cleaning of all items used during the session and all touch points in the studio.
